چکیده

Plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) have proved to be an effective solution for enhancing growth of various plant species. Five different bacterial isolates extracted from rhizosphere soil were extensively studied the production indole acetic acid (IAA) and among those Bacillus safensis YKS2 strain was found produce substantial quantities IAA. B. characterized submitted National Centre Biotechnology Information (NCBI) (Gen Bank No. MH539636). Optimization IAA with varying pH temperature revealed that maximum at 7 a 37°C. The confirmed quantified by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Thin-layer chromatography (TLC), Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). PGPR inoculum showed significant (p<0.05) shoot increase (60.00 – 89.00%) root (30.00 90.00%) relative controls in Vigna radiata. This study producing ability can used large-scale promotion.

Optimization for production of Indole acetic acid (IAA) by plant growth promoting Streptomyces sp VSMGT1014 isolated from rice rhizosphere

Rhizosphere is a wealthy location of microbes, ecological niche and should be explored for potential plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR), which developing as bioinoculants for interact with plant roots and enhancement of yield of crop plants. There are several plant growth promoting rhizobacterial (PGPR) inoculants that seems to promote plant growth through different mechanism such as I...

Draft Genome Sequence of Bacillus methylotrophicus FKM10, a Plant Growth-Promoting Rhizobacterium Isolated from Apple Rhizosphere.

Bacillus methylotrophicus FKM10 is a strain of plant growth-promoting rhizobacterium with antimicrobial activity, which was isolated from apple rhizosphere. Here, we present the genome sequence of B. methylotrophicus FKM10. Two scaffolds were finally assembled, and several functional genes related to its antimicrobial activity were discovered.

Tryptophan-dependent production of indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) affects level of plant growth promotion by Bacillus amyloliquefaciens FZB42.

Phytohormone-like acting compounds previously have been suggested to be involved in the phytostimulatory action exerted by the plant-beneficial rhizobacterium Bacillus amyloliquefaciens FZB42. Analyses by high-performance liquid chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry performed with culture filtrates of FZB42 demonstrated the presence of indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), corroborating...
